As mentioned, S-PVC resins are produced in batch Suspension Polymerization in which several chemical and physical phenomena taking place interact in complex ways in time and space.
The sequence and nature of these interactions directly determine how PVC chains are formed and how they self-assemble into three-dimensional internal and external structures that define both processing energy and needed amount of some additives for Processing.

Below you can explore some brief descriptions of involved phenomena and interactions, which do not pretend to be exhaustive or complete but rather to illustrate the complexity of such interactions and hence the need to take them all into consideration when planning changes or optimizations for PVC resins and their production processes.
